Rigging, millwright, and logistics

OCS is a leading millwright contractor. As experts on the safe operation of cranes and rigging, OCS brings a wealth of knowledge to your job site. OCS employs Engineers, Millwrights, and Iron workers who are certified riggers ready to mobilize on a moment's notice to support your project. OCS is second to none in construction materials supply. Our operation center loading dock gives our fleet the ability to accept and prepare shipments. Our trucks are able to deliver heavy machinery, wide loads and various materials requiring load limits. In addition, our light delivery fleet is capable of delivering weather sensitive material shipments to multiple locations.

Water & Wastewater

This division specializes in the construction of both water and wastewater treatment plants including pump stations. Our ability to self-perform key processes, combined with extensive experience in construction and start-up of treatment facilities provides a high degree of control over project costs, quality, and schedule. We pride ourselves on building relationships with both the Owners and Engineers to work as a team and provide a successful project for everyone.

structural steel & metalworks

OCS maintains its own facilities capable of providing comprehensive services in metalworks including 3-D design and CAD support; miscellaneous metals fabrication and installation; pipe supports, welding, and installation; removing and replacing existing steel; mechanical platforms, dunnage, stairs; infill steel, column repairs, and replacement. Additionally, we visit your site for field measurements, then design, fabricate, and install.
