OCS Industries, Inc.
self-performs 90% of its projects and is made up of four divisions set in four different facilities located in the Hudson Valley. The General Contracting division headquartered in Poughkeepsie, NY
manages all construction and business operations. The steel supply, fabrication, and erection division is based out of Port Jervis, NY. The rigging, crane, and trucking division is also managed from the Port Jervis, NY location. The material supply and operations divisions are based out of Thompson Ridge and Middletown, NY, locations.
